Everyone is friendly and kind. The gym has very flexible hours to meet everyone’s needs. There is a variety of workout equipment to choose from. Attending the Y has been a positive experience for my family.

The pool was excellent and lined off nicely for my children to actually play and the whirlpool was very nice as well.

What do you like about your Y Experience?

The people are very friendly and helpful. There used to be more group exercise classes but the instructor retired and they have never replaced her or her classes. I would like to see the step class and senior exercise classes brought back. Other Y’s in our area have many more daytime choices than the Lake Y.

I was greeted with smiling faces and a comfortable atmosphere. Checked in and one of the receptionists gave me a tour of the facility very thoroughly.
Attended the chair yoga class finding it to be very helpful. Will return to use the walking track and for more yoga classes.
