Well to be honest I’ve gone through several stylist at this location and I’ve had several issues with customer service, especially when it deals with quantity over quality. I only get cut every 2 weeks and sometimes only once a month. So when I pay extra for a shampoo, hot towel, and shoulder massage I’d normally get a quick wash and a cold wet towel on my face and no shoulder massage. It’s gotten to the point where I didn’t know where to get a proper cut anymore until I scheduled with Khirey and I must say she listened to exactly what it was I wanted where other stylist don’t and mess up my hair. She is someone who is about quality over quantity and took the time to treat me as a customer with a proper shampoo, a hot towel, and the longest shoulder massage I’ve ever received and most the time I don’t get one at all. It was nice to finally be treated. Not only will I be coming back but I think I found my stylist! Someone who listens to what the customer wants and needs not just oh another haircut let’s get them in and out and we’ll cut it how we see fit.
