I came to this place because I heard that Floyd’s was queer friendly, and it exactly was! I immediately felt safe with my stylist, Sunshine, and she was honestly such a great person. I was lost on what I wanted and what to do in the future for my hair in color and she really gave me great suggestions and adaptations for what I was seeking. I appreciate someone who will suggest a different stylist for my best interests, and I really am thankful she took her time to tell me what problems and positives I have about my hair and how my goals can be achieved. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with her spirit and kindness, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone I knew. 10/10
