If I was to give any critique, and this is quite small, every time I book myself online, I place myself for a mid-length as well as a shampoo/massage. I think I’ve gotten the later maybe 20% of the time. I feel bad in the moment so I don’t ask for it at the appointment.

I don’t know if that’s an issue on the booking end of things, or stylists deciding possibly that my hair doesn’t need the shampoo?

That’s my only issue, just about every stylist I’ve worked with has been fantastic! I love the aesthetics of the place. I’ll see ya next time!
