Clean, friendly, lots of classes
Friendly caring staff. Clean facility. Many activities to choose from. Looking forward to my grandson continuing swim lessons. Purchasing a membership has so far been a good investment for my family.

When I arrive, there, and leave.
It's conveniently located. Kid camp while in the gym is very noisy. I get excess noise alerts on my cell phone. In fact, it may not be the kids but rather the camp counselors yelling for quiet or the kids reacting to the counselors inspiring a noisy response.
Great staff. Excellent class instructors. Track not too busy.

The overall facility is great and the staff are excellent- friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have particularly appreciated our health coach, Kate - she has been amazingly patient and encouraging in our efforts to get to better fitness

It’s a friendly, well equipped and clean environment for a workout or any of the myriad other options offered both health wise and educational.
Friendly, clean and helpful is how I'd describe the Hazelwood Y and its staff. Plus, the people who workout here are generally nice although they don't always put away their weights after they lift.
I’m a 20+ year member and I love the Y. The facilities are great and the employees are friendly. I have noticed since Covid that the cleanliness of the men’s locker and steam room has not been very good. Both are much dirtier and I rarely see anyone cleaning them as before. The floor and lockers in the locker room are filthy! There are no longer any Kleenex. The steam room needs a very thorough cleaning. The walls and floor are pretty disgusting and I see the same dirt as many weeks ago.
Again, I love the Y but you can do better.

Friendly staff, new & well maintained gym equipment, classes, pool & sauna
Early morning group classes
Pleasant staff and very nice facility. We do need some fans upstairs in that area across from the weight machines. There are no blinds in that area, either, and the late morning sun really heats it up.
There is a lot to do for kids. I do wish class times for things like swim lessons were longer or twice a week but otherwise I like the variety.
Availability - I can come and use the equipment almost any time

PLEASE make the universal dressing roof safe. As a disabled member, I always fear walking from the dressing room to the pool. The walkway, when wet, is SO SLIPPERY. My canes slip and I nearly fall each time my cane tip slips on the wet floor. Please, can the rubber mats be placed down the center of the walkway?

Everyone is so happy and helpful, the facility, everywhere is clean and in great working order. I appreciate all female changing rooms and bathrooms.

So Thankful for this facility. The employees are always kind and attentive. I joined the YMCA in 2013. I’ve been an active member ever ever since.
