Small group size, friendly instructors. Most challenge the students a bit while still making them Feel safe and comfortable.
I do wish they would introduce themselves and remind the kids of their names while trying to learn the kids’ names.

The instructors are friendly and welcoming, the class sizes are fairly small so there are lots of .opportunities to practice and lots of interaction with the instructors. My kids genuinely enjoy their lessons. However I wish that lessons were 45 min instead of 30, or twice per week instead of once.
The teachers! We have tried other places and the teachers here are fabulous. See improvements with my kiddos after one session. Other places didn’t
There is a variety of different classes to choose from. The facility is kept clean and has sanitizing wipes located near activity areas. The staff is very friendly and willing to help when ever you need it. The atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back.
My eight year old son is autistic and he does the adaptive swim program he has learned so much and I am so grateful for this program. My one year and I do mommy and me classes. Morgan family Y is the best place. All the instructors, lifeguards and staff are phenomenal!

Friendly staff. Clean well equipped facility. Large pool and hot tub. Sauna is comfortable. Has furniture if you want to rest. Has abundant exercise equipment. Locker rooms are clean
Welcoming and easy to use
I like many things...I use the workout room upstairs, and also the pool. I'm very impressed how clean & sanitize it always iis the lifeguards are very conscientious. I am a senior, and I don't feel out of pllace~or unwanted;)
I really appreciate the Y360 program! There are many different types of class offerings and the on demand format gives me the flexibility to take my favorite classes whenever and wherever I have internet access. It's so much easier than having to drive to class at a scheduled time, not to mention finding a parking place.
I have found the water aerobics classes to be fun and a good way to get to know other members. Several members of my extended family attend the Morgan YMCA and they like the classes as well.

The sense of community is what I enjoy most about the Y. I have had friends at the Y for manu years. I enjoy coming back whenever I am away for a bit. It is like going home
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We mostly walk the track and enjoy watching the
activity below. The atmosphere helps to energize your workout.
Friendly welcome when checking in. Help if we have issues with the lockers in the lobby. Clean spaces. Nice variety of equipment that is spaced out and available in multiple locations. There is a feeling of being safe and around others without feeling crowded.
I like the small class sizes and how much effort the teachers put into teaching the kids how to swim.
The instructors that are on point do very well and not only teach the skills, but help.keep my child engaged and focused. I really appreciate the instructors who are not afraid to correct children when they need it.
The lesson structure is very clear and feels well organized. There are lots of options for lesson times and days, and the staff are all very friendly.
