The facilities are very nice, always clean and easy to access. The personnel are friendly and pleasant to deal with. As a lifeguard at the Greater Seattle YMCA back in the 60's I watch the folks in the pool area. Someone is doing an excellent job of training. They are very attentive, there are plenty on duty.
Everything! Great facility and wonderful staff. Always looking for new programs including the Care Givers Class which is needed for so many people.
It's close to home so I have no excuse not to go. The staff is friendly, helpful, and encouraging. There is a pretty good selection of classes (although I don't take advantage of many of them). I'm really grateful it was built in Sumner.

I have met a great group of people in my water aerobics class. We have lots of fun and visit while exercising.

The customer service from all staff is incredible. Always willing to provide assistance and continuously greets everyone upon entering with a smile, it truly makes a difference.
I have some constructive feedback and that is offering more hiphop classes. You will pull in more people if the classes are more challenging and fun with current music. Dance Beats is okay but only on Wed & Sat with D. There is no challenge in the other classes & is frankly boring. Would love a more advanced class as I known others in our class would. Something with more flavor and good music.

This summer 23 has been amazing!! Staff has been on time at 7am..my child has had a blast!!
Last summer22 was not a great experience staff was always late in morning..my kid looked heat exhausted everyday..every morning she begged not to go
