Everyone is very kind, welcoming and always ready to assist you. The class instructors are great. Well kept and updated equipments. Have made so many friends. I consider the Y my second home. I attend 2 classes per day 4 days a week.

Could we make a distinction between the bootcamp yoga mats and the indoor ones? The mats get very dirty from bootcamp.

It is great for my son. The instructors are engaging and meet him where he is at. It helps build his confidence and keeps his body moving and healthy. He loves coming to class and learning and making new friends.
Thurs. 8AM SilverFit Combo upstairs was too crowded to do everything. Music & instructor mic too loud for the smaller room.
Working out. All the options for workouts and activities. Clean. Family friendly.

Very friendly employees that are helpful. Also nice clean environment with friendly goers. It has every type of exercise equipment you could need.
I liked it when rowing machines were overlooking the pool. It was much more pleasant, and the machines could be accessed by more people. Now they are crowded into a dingy corner.

I love that there are many classes to choose from, the instructors are encouraging but not rigid, the environment is clean and front desk people are courteous and friendly.

I love 7:30 class on Tuesdays & Thursdays- Caroline makes you work hard. She is very knowledgeable.
