The people are welcoming and friendly.
I like the feeling of community where people of all ages and physical abilities gather and are accepted for who they are. I tear up every time I see the Y slogan "You Belong Here". I think the YMCA authentically supports that perspective. They even displayed a Hanukah Menorah in December letting me and others know that Jews are welcomed too. When so many things in the world are falling deeper into separation, the Tom Taylor YMCA is keeping humanity together. I am grateful.
Truly appreciate the support from Jay Jay. Working with the group for Parkinson’s. Lots of activities.
My husband attends and I truly believe he enjoys the activities, even though he get flustered.
Thank you Jay Jay
It’s a great gym with wonderful, supportive staff.
I swim at the Tom Taylor Y. Except for being a little crowded at times, I love the pool. It's always well maintained, and well staffed by great lifeguards!
Various machines, clean, nice people on staff. The only thing that irks me are the people who walk three abreast on the track - so rude and dangerous for those of us who jog or run. I wish signs were posted because some day someone will get hurt stopping short or twisting an ankle or knee. They are oblivious to the runners and walk right in front of them.
Thank you, TTY for giving my family programs to participate in and the opportunity to connect with the community. Each department truly puts 110% effort in to give your members a great experience.
I am impressed with the warm greetings I get when I sign in and love that they have a PT available who takes UHC
Cleanliness, staff professionalism, patron temperament; it’s a nice family facility.

Friendly place to exercise! Equipment is well maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A great place for every member of the family
I enjoy the instructor led sessions. They are all very good at making sure you get the most out of your workout time and have a little fun while doing it. Most still manage to keep an eye on the participant’s form too and correct then when they could risk injury.
Friendly people, good equipment, lots of classes.
I love all of the class offerings at the Y. My only concern is that things are getting very very crowded.
Very accessible and low pressure lessons.
Everything. It is wonderful. Atmosphere, plenty of machines, track, people, kindness of all.
Great place to exercise

Good teachers!
Y employees are very helpful and nice, always seem happy to see me. Love the fireplace area where I enjoy spending a few minutes after my workout.
Elizabeth is encouraging and makes learning fun. At 76 years old, learning to swim is scary. She put me at ease and made it ok to go at my own pace. I'll take more lessons.
All of the swim coaches are paying attention to each group of children. The ratio's are good, not too many in a class that can become unsafe. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because the classes seem to be too short and its a stress to fight for a spot in the next session. It would be nice if the sessions were longer so once you are in, you don't have to fight for a spot again in 6 weeks.
Excellent swim instructors and a great facility!
Small class sizes & great instructors!
Easy to schedule and through training
The instructor is amazing and the facility is always clean and easy for us to get to! We are so lucky to live near the TTYMCA.
The aquatic facilities and the current instructors.
The instructors are very good with the kids and take the time to build their confidence.
Staff are very friendly. Place is clean. However, lately the place has become very crowded and there is a wait time for the more popular equipment. We don't want to leave but have been discussing membership to another gym because of this.

Great facility for all ages. Friendly staff.
