Coach Isabela makes our experience great! She is so good with my child and accommodated her skill level when she was to young to move up to level 3 but was ready skill wise.
Almost everyone there is so nice and accommodating but our coach really goes above and beyond!

We love the easy app, quick 30 minute classes, and the life skills learned. The facility is clean. The only reason I didn’t give 10/10 is the floor. I have seen multiple children and adults slip and hit their head. It would likely help if there were either more rubber mats in the main area or if the whole floor was that blue grid outside of the pool doors. I worry my own child will fall one day.

My child started out a bit rough and is loving both classes and is doing well and I see her exceeding and coming so far in just a little over a month.

I got us has the most amazing employees. They treat you like family and address my children, and from what I seen each and every child by name they make going to that school so personable.

Great environment for my son (1 year old) to get comfortable with swimming. He enjoys going and he is developing a love for being in the pool, while also learning how to stay safe at the same time.

We are super happy at AquaTots Berkley! My daughter has gained so much confidence in swimming in just a few short weeks, and she continues to grow and learn in every class. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff/ instructor as well as overall community of people who we've met at swimming. Clean and comfortable pool environment specifically suited to kids. Only reason it wasn't a 10 was location of changing rooms being so seperate from swimming area and close to outdoor doors (which can get extra cold in the winter) also that there are only 2 large/ baby friendly changing rooms.

It’s nice and organized and the instructors are good.

But I have a serious complaint. why do the stalls have gaps in them? Anyone standing in front of the mirror or walking by who wants to see through those gaps can see. For a place that has children; adults, co-ed people getting nude in those stalls, you’d think you’d put more effort into making privacy stalls. I don’t feel comfortable changing in there for the parent - child class.

The entire staff, swim coaches and office personnel, are awesome. Just like a trusted friend. They are fair, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always making my kid’s experience the best!! The place stays very clean. Aqua-Tots Berkley location
