The staff great attitudes and fun atmosphere for kids

The coaches and staff.

Facility is clean, classes are prompt and the instructors are amazing and very kid friendly without letting the kids just mess around in the water. They make sure your child is focused and engaged. My little guy can be all o er sometimes and just want to have fun in the pool, but his instructor Devin reels him back in and makes sure he’s getting the lesson he needs.

Our children love their instructors and come out of the pool feeling proud of their accomplishments. As a parent, I love the staff at the front desk know them by name despite having only been going to lessons for a few weeks. I feel my children are more than just another customer to Aqua-Tots and the staff's investment directly correlates to their desire to attend every week without fail!

No other swim class has interested my son. He always cried. Never a tear at Aqua Tots. Happy to go and loves the teachers. I think the small class size and warm water help immensely. There is also structure to the class and safety rules that I like. It’s fun to watch him through the glass during class. Loving our experience.

Coach Ibraheem! He has been absolutely awesome. He is such a positive person and excellent with our son. He’s given him the confidence he needed to thrive in swim lessons. I can’t recommend him enough!

I’ve been bringing my toddler here since she was 6 months old and she has become really comfortable in the water. Her instructor Jazz is great with her!

The two girls at the reception desk on Sundays are amazing. They greet all my children by name and with excitement. They even know my son's name who is not in swim class but come to watch big brother and sister. We also love coach Raven she is a great coach who pushes my kiddos to reach their goals.

All of the teachers, especially Raven, have been patient and kind. My children are making progress and gaining confidence.

My issue was heard and handled. I appreciate the communication and the understanding. Thank you.

The swim teacher are very knowledgeable and caring. My great grandson is advancing very nicely.

One year ago I took my kids to a hotel with a pool, I thought they would love it! It was a disaster, they were hanging on me, fearful of the water and crying. I immediately enrolled them in swim lessons through Aquatots. One year later, they are no longer fearful of water, and are on their way to becoming more proficient swimmers. The staff has been so helpful and rescheduling is a breeze.

Very happy with how great the staff is & how very helpful.they are. Love how efficient the program is set up for rotating classes.
