I think overall it is a good program. My daughter enjoys it very much. She is not competitive and does not want to compete so it's nice that there is that flexibility where she can still train, improve in her swimming, exercise and relieve some of her stress.
-They seem to know everyone by name. The facilities are always well maintained. The prices are reasonable. Can't wait for the new facility to be built.
good environment, clean, quiet. Most important things: people are very nice and always willing to help!
Staff is always friendly and attentive
Locker rooms, machines, pool all fine
The equipment and staff
I love everything; classes, work out rooms, all the wonderful people who work there in all capacities and all of the friendly, kind people who I see there!
Everyone is always nice and courteous. It is always clean
Great community, swim team, staff, programs, and customer care; not only for Livingston but also surrounding towns as well. Thank you!
Easy to scedule
My son is able to spend time with friends and get his homework done.
Coach James is very nice and willing to work with my kid
We love peanut shell, amazing teachers. My two year old is very happy, he has changed so much since he started at peanut shell, he is always singing, counting, dancing and more. I am at peace knowing my baby is is good hands.
Family friendly. Me and my family enjoy family swim time there.
We love the swim program. Did the pre-team and now our daughter is on the team.
The instructors are very friendly, engaging and do a great job working with the kids in both a group and individual setting. They teach the proper safety and techniques that will be helpful for the kids as they move forward in developing their swimming skills, and to make them more comfortable in that environment.
we just had a class with substitute Lizzie Wed 4pm preschool stage 1. Duncan was late, so Lizzie stepped in. She was amazing !!! had the kids swimming across pool. Kids did more and progressed so much more than previous classes. We would love to have her as our regular full time teacher. all the parents in the stand noticed the remarkable improvement and class quality. Go miss Lizzie!
The Aquatics program is very good. and staff has been terrific. The scheduling of classes can be a bit challenging; not sure if the process can be made to be easier.
The other thing I would say (as the new Y is planned) is to have a separate pool for Aquatics/lessons and one for adults to do lap swim, etc..
I like it very much. The only thing is that the practices were cancelled frequently due to the pool closure, and there is no refund for the cancelled classes. It will be nice to maintain the swimming pool during the other times.
Lizzy is great! Brendon is very reliable
Great coaches.
Good trainers, good programs
Everything. The pool and senior exercise class. The staff and members.
Group classes are great! Very motivating.
Great set of free weights.
My complaint would be that kids are allowed to run around while the group classes are going on. Not only was it distracting for me. It was actually distracting for the instructor. This one kid was putting chairs on to a pile??? The instructor had to intervene. The mom didn't even say anything.
Weight room can spread out a bit more. It can be a bit crowded there. Can be a safety issue as everyone is swinging weights around.
I've been a longtime member so it feels like home.
The various kids camps, Peanut Shell, and the amenities at the Y itself.
Awesome caring staff and great to see my child loved and cared for so expertly!
Breadth and availability of facilities. Inclusivity.
Clean and well managed.
My kids love the the pool and the coaching

I love YMCA-Qquatics programs. The only thing is most of time makeup classes don't work on my schedule.
