The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and mostly well equipped. It would be nice to have an abductor machine. I LOVE the yoga classes with Nicole. She is a treasure. Such a good teacher -- kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun. Please hang on to her!
