I like Mary’s toning class on Thursday mornings. Fun music and good workout.

Friendly people
There's a variety of classes and if you don't want those, there's a workout room very now and then an instructor has called in and not able to show and so I just go over to the treadmills or something else. I've gone to wise when I I've been on business for a few days in a town that doesn't have a LA Fitness which I belong to. I think a combo of the why and another kind of gym is a great combination.
