Everyone working there is wonderful…friendly and always so helpful.
Can attach a fan to the header of a treadmill and the recombinant bike. This prevents me from going into the early stage of heat stress and having to abandon my aerobic workout.

It feels like a "community" -- different ages, ethnicities, and genders. Front desk staff are unfailingly helpful and courteous. Love Yoga with Nichole -- she is such a good teacher.
