All the classes are fun and challenging. I’ve made friends. It’s my happy place. My endorphins are high when I challenge myself to work out and do classes. I feel happier when I’m at the Y.

Everything the place is clean the people that worked there are phenomenal. They know exactly what you need and what you want and they’re so helpful in many ways and the people that go there they’re great people. It’s just a wonderful place the atmosphere everything is clean the equipment and everybody’s willing to help and the people that go there like I say they are the nicest people too.
