Access to exercise equipment without too long of a wait. Friendly and helpful staff plus all the different lectures that are of interest to me

6- SIGNS SHOULD INDICATE::: NO TELEPHONE TEXTING DURING TRAINING PRACTICE. OR TELEPHONE CONVERSATION. RESPECT IS A MUST FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS, SPECIFICALLY WHEN USING MACHINES, WEIGHTS OR ANY ALL EQUIPMENTS .

I like zumba class
We have even gotten our neighbor interested in joining. There are great exercise classes and amazing instructors. I enjoy the pot lucks and senior activities. Keep up the good work.

I like the pre-diabetes class facilitated by Kelly Forkasdi. I like the equipment in the gym. I like the stairmaster. Looking forward to taking a class, next time it’s offered, on how to play pickleball. I like the hours that you’re open. I like the cleanliness of the facility, the swimming pool, the water aerobics classes.
Everyone is very friendly. Shannon and Sharon are the best instructors ever!

I enjoy the Silver Sneakers class....at the Light of the Desert Church. The parking lot at the "Y" is NUTS with all the elderly drivers! My car had a "hit & run".
You do offer many activities; I just haven't tried any of them at the "Y".

Love the Y. it is clean, the staff welcoming, the equipment up-to-date. I especially am grateful for Jana who greets me by name, notices when I am absent and overall keeps a wonderful attitude at all times.
