I go only to the Silver Sneakers classes. Our instructor, Laurie Satter, is the best! She makes hard work seem like fun.

Great people almost always greeted with a smile when I arrive. Chris has done a fantastic job of managing the facility.
I absolutely love the handball courts.

I very much enjoy going to Silver Sneakers through the "Y"...I always look forward to my twice a week sessions....the other class mates are so encouraging and I have developed several new friends through the "Y"

The people are friendly. The premises are clean. The equipment is in good shape. The price is affordable.

Wonderful staff! Lots of great programs for every activity level. Just go and move!!!! No one cares if it is done right or wrong…just have fun and move!!!
