The trainers and classes ( the variety) especially Elisha, Nathan, Deb for cycle, Jen. buti yoga is fun. Wish there were more pickleball 'beginner' classes. it's a bit of a free for all but players are generally nice and cooperative.

You have the best variety if equipment any where. I've only been to a yoga class but am looking forward to doing different classes once a foot injury is healed and I'm retired. The choices are many. The facilities are clean and the personnel are very helpful and friendly.
I love the fact you have a stretching cage. This is very important to me.
Your fees make it affordable for people that could not otherwise belong to a gym.
