First, I have to say that my dog loves Camp Bow-Wow and that is most important. Part of the reason for this is the nature of the staff: always friendly, personable and above all so attentive to our furry children.
Second, I feel that the staff is aware of any issues that come with having so many dogs together.
I have to add that I appreciate the upgrades to the Camp app. It has become easier to navigate.
My dogs seem to have the best time…every time! I love that we can watch them on our phones and everyone that works there seem to truly enjoy having my pups there.

Only piece of feedback is the overwhelming urine smell, I understand it’s tons of doggos but would love to see a more consistent cleaning process maybe. Also, I’d love the option to tour the facility. Only reason I have a 9 and not a 10!
Everyone at Camp Bow Wow Pittsburgh South loves dogs. They take extremely good care of our dogs. Our dogs are always exhausted after a day at Camp Bow Wow. We really appreciate the attention our dogs receive.

Facilility is clean and secure. I don't worry that my pups aren't being kept safe and secure while they are at Camp Bow Wow.

It was close by and therefore extremely convenient. I like the fact that you can log into the cameras and check on your baby.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they keep me up-to-date on when my dogs vaccinations are coming due. We feel it is a safe place for our dog.

Great staff - love Amanda! and all the others I can't name right now. My dog Loves going there for occasional socialization - even for boarding. Can't say enough wonderful things about the place. However, since the APP has changed, I can never get into it anymore. Doesn't seem to have me as a member.
My dog always seems happy to come to Camp Bow Wow with a wagging tail and rushing back. All the workers are very nice and welcoming, giving me information on my dog's stay. I also like that they've been adding additional activities each month to coincide with holiday's. It's just a very enjoyable experience.

Our dog is very energetic and destructive when bored. We had him attend day care. The camp kept him entertained all day and he came home exhausted, happy, and too tired to destroy anything.
Also, They took great care of him when we boarded him. We appreciate the camera access so we can check on him periodically. It gave us peace of mind.
