All the staff seem to love the dogs and are very accommodating. Easy to make reservations online and staff gives me good feedback on how my puppy is doing with the other dogs. I love watching the camper cam. I think my dog has actually made some friends and has fun with the activities they provide. It didn’t take my dog long before she got excited about going to Camp Bow Wow. I needed my dog to go to camp 2 days in a row so I decided to leave her there 2 nights also. It was beneficial to both of us. I had time to relax after 2 long stressful days and she had fun socializing with other dogs. It also was a great trial period for how she would do boarding if I wanted a vacation. Now I do not need to get stressed making vacation plans and worrying what will happen with the dog.
Cleanliness and positive attitude of staff
It was the first time my babies were at a facility like this and around dogs to play with. They had a great time and came home so pooped out they took a nap before dinner, ate dinner and went to bed. This never happens!! The staff, I can't say enough about the staff..... Lovely lovely people, and so generous with their time. My babies will.be boarded there for 5 days. I expect to come home to some pretty exhausted babies from having so much fun!!
