Attentive staff; convenient location
I appreciate the initial screening and vaccine documentation requirements to ensure health and safety. The camper cams give me peace of mind. I can check in any time and see how my little guy is doing. I could see for myself that the dogs are under constant supervision. The counselors are good with the dogs, playing with them and cleaning up after them. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, making drop off and pick up very easy.

I like that my dogs like...no wait, LOVE going there!! From the time we turn in the drive, their excitement is crazy. They zoom in the door and are jumping at the gate to get into the yard. The enrichment activities are great...stimulating, fun, hysterical, and I have several collectibles that the 2 have 'made' in the classes.
Staff is so good. Caring and supportive of your puppers. I have watched while waiting and the staff knows each hooman and who Belo is to who.
I have boarded my 2 boys- excellent care with private suites!!

I like the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
I like the well organized operations of the day camp and boarding. I like the cleanliness of the facility and the option for climate controlled suites and all the cameras so I can see my fur babies when I miss them while away. I like how a camp counselor stays in the day camp play areas all day and gives all the dogs attention. I also like the grooming options. Overall I really like how I feel I can trust Camp Bow Wow to take care of my fur babies.

Our golden doodle loves every moment he is at Camp. The counselors are just wonderful ladies who genuinely love dogs. Gills a huge need in my world when I need a break, it’s raining or I’m called out to work.

I like everything! First off, everyone's so friendly. I love the real time video showing what's going on in back with the doggies. My dog Charlie was welcomed into the group and he had a great time with the other dogs and the minders who interacted with them and kept them busy. And the price is very reasonable. Everyone at Camp Bow Wow - Concord have been amazing! When my babies first went, they were very shy and stayed to themselves. I watched the counselors take the time to get the boys introduced to the others. That made me know we had selected the best place to watch over them. And I love watching them play and interact with the others. The cameras can be quite addictive.
