I absolutely love camp bow wow in Hicksville they know who my dog is and treat as one of there dogs everytime I bring my Lila there she runs into the back which to me says alot she would fight me if she didn't like it I would recommend this place 1000%

Convenient, pretty fair pricing and my dog loves it there, it's so nice that I have some place I can take her when she needs exercise, play time to interact with other dogs or when I just need time to take care of things without time constraints and the added pressure to get back to her.

1st Visit to Camp BowWow, Achi loved it and the staff was very friendly, kind and caring. It's exactly what us Dog Parents look for when thinking about leaving our Best Friend in someone else's hands. I'm very happy but Achi is even happier! He slept super well after playing with his new found friends!

We originally used Camp Bow Wow for our last dog because of a recommendation by a friend.
We were very happy with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. We had no qualms at all about introducing our new dog, Chai, to CBW both for early socialization and overnight stays.
We very much like that we can watch our dog play with other dogs on video. While watching the video it is apparent that the staff supervising the dogs really like their four legged guests. Also, I notice there is always someone there to clean up messes right away.
The thing we like most is that our dog really loves the place. She can't actually tell us, but her tail starts wagging and she starts making a fuss as soon as we pull into the parking lot. She can't wait to get handed off so she can play with her pals.
The staff are very friendly and professional and always take good care of Boomer. He loves it there.

As with any fur parent faced with leaving home without their baby, it is definitely nerve wracking trying to find someone to care for them. I found Camp Bow Wow through an internet search and filed the new camper application. They called me the same day and were able to set up an interview day the following day. The staff was extremely friendly and comforting when they saw how nervous I was about the whole situation. They explained the interview process to me and answered all my questions prior to beginning. They showed much love and affection towards my babies which I was not expecting given I have 2 Rottweilers. They allowed my babies to warm up to their new environment and the staff at their own speed. When I had to leave them for a few hours on their interview day, they informed me of the web cameras that I could access 24/7. They also explained what their boarding days would be like, nonstop playing from 8am to 4pm with access to both inside and outside activity. They promptly called me about my babies becoming stubborn when asked to exit their cabin on their first morning. They were able to keep me updated through text messages following that. They even stayed after closing time just so I could pick them up when I returned home. And the camp report card they sent home with me gave me much happiness and appreciation for what they did for me and my babies. My first experience with Camp Bow Wow-Liberty was by far the best I could have ever even imagined. Camp wore them OUT and gave this momma some peace of mind. Thank you all for everything you did and continue to do. We look forward to our next boarding experience.

My 2 dogs, Bentley and Bailey who are very attached to one another, recently spent 6 days at Camp Bow Wow in Midland Park. I was so thrilled with the care and attention they received. I requested that they sleep in the same kennel, spend their days in the same room, and go on walks together and every time I checked in on the web cams they were always together. Every single counselor seemed to know of my requests and followed through on each of their shifts. One time several dogs seemed to be “excited to see my female dog” and wouldn’t leave her alone. The counselors decided to move her into the next room, which that in and of itself showed that they were very attentive to what was going on and that my dog was uncomfortable. My other dog stood by the gate as he realized his buddy wasn’t with him anymore. In a matter of minutes the counselor let him in with my other dog. I wouldn’t have expected them to do that so quickly with so many other dogs to attend to, but they were on top of it! Upon picking them up at the end of their stay the counselors and receptionist gave me a detailed recap of their behaviors and eating habits, etc. all which indicated to me how truly caring and dedicated they are to taking care of our loving pets! Thank you Camp Bow Wow!

Camp bow wow is awesome all around. The staff at highland park are wonderful. My dog loves going to camp every week along with his weekend and week vacation stays. It is a great feeling knowing he’s not sitting around at home board and alone. At camp he gets to hang out with all his friends and receive all the extra belly rubs, kisses and pets a dog could want. I love being able to check in throughout the day on webcams to see what he is up too.
All I have to ask is “Do you want to go to camp?” for him to get all excited. Then he comes home worn out from a day full of fun!
Counselors are very friendly. My dogs come home happy.
