I’ve had a great experience with Camp Bow Wow and truely appreciate their hours of operation, which meet my needs perfectly for my dogs care. I frequently take advantage of their grooming services - it’s a huge convenience to have grooming done in the same place as daycare, saving me a trip to another location. I feel confident that my Doberman, Basil, is in a safe , well monitored environment, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care about him. He’s always excited to be greeted by the team upon arrival. I also love that they have an area to donate doggie supplies to other dogs in need - such a thoughtful touch!!Overall, I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow.

I started taking my dog there years ago because they do not keep them in cages all day and they are able to run around and play. I also like that they have cameras that I can check on my babies throughout the day.

I appreciate the slow introductory process of getting the dog acclimated to the space and introducing dogs over the course of several hours as opposed to just thrown them in and hoping for the best. Have use this facility over the last 15 years and they’ve always been great to work with

Wonderful staff that truly cares about our dog! Facilities are clean and safe. Bonus that he comes home tired but happy after having so much fun with everyone!

I love that my fur baby loves getting dropped off. Love the friendly staff as they always know his name when we walk in. During playtime or snuggle time, they email me pictures. Love that your business exists!! Keep up the great work.

We have a great experience everyone we use camp for overnight stays. The staff is wonderful.

Pancake just loves to come see all his friends and pulls me to get inside! I love he is tried after playing!

Disappointed this time due to three things:
1. No one told me about the no personal bed anymore rule and to bring a blanket instead for comfort.
I took bed and Roxy was unable to use it. Wasn’t mentioned at drop off either. This makes me very disappointed..

2. When we picked her up I was sad to see Roxy’s weekend stay was in a much smaller kennel than when I first took a tour and was showed a bigger space for her.

3. When I picked her up and paid for bath, she had matted ears, as if she wasn’t brushed after bath. Did not like that she was put into a closed space with constant hair dryer blowing in her either. I would have never ordered a bath if I knew that.

When we picked her up she seemed scared and shaking. Not her usual self. All red flags.

The cleanliness, the access to my dog on web cams, and staff members who care about my dog and treat me with respect.

A great group of people who go above and beyond to care for my dog.
