The staff is super friendly, very attentive, and really knowledgeable in dog behavior! I feel like my dog is in good hands, as mine can get overwhelmed and need a lot of reassurance and breaks. Everything seemed very organized and clean inside, too. The cameras are awesome, and the rates are better than every other daycare/boarding service!

The staff know all the names of the dogs and are genuinely happy to see them arrive. My pup has a great time and can not wait to go in to play with her fur friends. Having the ability to check in during the day provides peace of mind. Coming home tired is an added bonus.

Easy to communicate with in person and via emails and phone calls.

I like that the drop off and pickup times are flexible. If my pup is spending the night I know I don’t have to rush to make sure she’s picked up by noon. Also in the same note I like that I can drop her off the day of the overnight stay and she’ll have play time all day versus being put in her room. She comes home tired so I know she played hard. 🤩

My dog just loves to go to camp. She is treated so kindly.

Our girl loves camp bow wow. The staff is so good with her and treat her like she’s one of their own dogs. We never have to worry when we drop her off. Blu always has a great time!

The staff is very friendly and communicative. The facility is great and I love being able to check in via the live cameras. My dog actually enjoys going to Camp Bow Wow, and as a former shelter dog, I wasn’t sure if he would get to that point.

As soon as I walk through the door, Theo and I are greeted with excitement from the staff. Theo is here!! Big smiling faces and a very happy tail wiggles from Theo. They are so welcoming and friendly. My furbaby looks forward to seeing everyone at camp bow wow. Thank you all. You guys are the best!!

The entire staff and doctors are so accommodating and very caring and interested in anything or issues that I might have concerning Cody. They never rush you through an appointment if you have one.
He’s always very anxious and excited when I mention that he’s going there to spend the afternoon.
They really treat Cody like it was their dog with a lot of fun and caring. I feel very comfortable about leaving him there
