My daughter absolutely loves going to YMCA after school! She is happy every day and has even asked to go on days when I could pick her up at the end of the school day. She loves that they do art most days and play different games in the gym or outside.

It’s been a wonderful experience so far. Director informs me everyday at pickup how my child did. Notes when emotional support is provided as well as she has recently started PreK for the first time. Overall great experience so far and love what they are doing at the school!!

So far the monitors seem to be well screened for safety of the kids.
They keep the kids busy, I can pick up late since I work downtown, and the cost is appropriate. The staff are friendly as well! The process is smooth once you get the kids registered.

My daughter have a lot of fun after school. This year there has a lot better activities after school. Like the other day, there was magician show.
My spouse is a teacher in FISD, so we get 50% off on pricing as well.

I appreciate that the YMCA afterschool has a branch location for my children's school. This program is a great help because I don't get off work until after 5pm, and without the YMCA afterschool program, I don't know what I would do.
Also, the added benefit is that my daughter is able to complete her homework as well as work on some cool activities when she's done. This is my youngest child's first year and the teachers' are helping him to adjust.
Lastly, the scholarship helps tremendously!
This is our first experience with YMCA, and I must say we are very pleased with the services. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My kids have enjoyed every moment!
This is my son’s first year participating in an after-school program. He is only seven years old, so at first, we weren’t sure if he would enjoy the program or if he would have a difficult time adapting to a new environment.
He has now been attending the program for almost a month, and my wife and I are very pleased and grateful to see how much he is enjoying it. Ms. C has been awesome, and I truly appreciate the care, patience, and compassion she shows toward the children in the program.
We are very happy with our experience so far and grateful to the YMCA for providing a safe and positive environment for our son. Please keep up the great work!
My daughter loves going to the YMCA for Holiday Camps and Summer Camps. She is so excited to get up and go. I really appreciate the hard working leaders at Royce City who make this a great learning experience. I really do love the fact that my daughter is save and secure in a school setting!!!
