So far the monitors seem to be well screened for safety of the kids.
They keep the kids busy, I can pick up late since I work downtown, and the cost is appropriate. The staff are friendly as well! The process is smooth once you get the kids registered.

I appreciate that the YMCA afterschool has a branch location for my children's school. This program is a great help because I don't get off work until after 5pm, and without the YMCA afterschool program, I don't know what I would do.
Also, the added benefit is that my daughter is able to complete her homework as well as work on some cool activities when she's done. This is my youngest child's first year and the teachers' are helping him to adjust.
Lastly, the scholarship helps tremendously!
This is our first experience with YMCA, and I must say we are very pleased with the services. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My kids have enjoyed every moment!
This is my son’s first year participating in an after-school program. He is only seven years old, so at first, we weren’t sure if he would enjoy the program or if he would have a difficult time adapting to a new environment.
He has now been attending the program for almost a month, and my wife and I are very pleased and grateful to see how much he is enjoying it. Ms. C has been awesome, and I truly appreciate the care, patience, and compassion she shows toward the children in the program.
We are very happy with our experience so far and grateful to the YMCA for providing a safe and positive environment for our son. Please keep up the great work!
I love that the program is at my child’s school, so I don’t have to worry about them being transported. I also like that there is a set curriculum. My interactions with staff have been pleasant. My daughters come home happy every day and most of the time tell me not to pick them up early!

I love that the teachers do a lot of activities with the kids. My daughter comes home everyday so excited to tell us about everything that she did. She’s using her imagination a lot more at home and eager to go back day after day. We also enjoy the photos we receive of her afternoon.

I love Mr.Cole and his staff for his love and attention to my babies . He works extra hard to build a relationship and runs a tight ship! My kids love it and I appreciate him for being patient with them and for allowing the space for them to transition smoothly. He also is very communicative !
