I love Nina’s Body Pump class. It is a fun, challenging class that has made me strong. I’ve been going to it for 10 months and still loving it. My husband prefers the weight machines and has really benefitted from them. We go three times a week.
We also love the pool in the summer. It is great swim practice for my grandchildren and a fun way to connect and get exercise. Coach Brie is great.
Our experience with swim lessons was great. It was the perfect balance of challenging and fun for our six-year old son. His confidence and safety in the water grew, and he really enjoyed learning from his coach/teacher, Dylan. There is plenty more for our son to learn, but this was a great experience and will probably be repeated next year so he can grow in his understanding of the different swim strokes and address other weaknesses in his swimming.
Thank you for providing these lessons at a cost we were able to afford.
We love the swim coaches and their coordinator. We will be back next summer (and were there last summer).
