I continue to be frustrated that the men's whirlpool is not fixed. I, like many others, paid membership in 2020 & 2021 when the Y was closed, we came back and the Whirlpool has worked for like two weeks.
I'd volunteer to have a member work day, I think we could find the talent to fix that puppy.
If it is truly beyond repair, then let's get it replaced.

The variety of classes available. The staff, EVERYONE is so friendly. The instructors are amazing. I am so impressed with the variety of classes. The sauna and steam room...they just place the T. Boone Pickens YMCA Experience on another level entirely.

The club is well run and Walter is the primary reason I write that! It’s clean, equipment is good and the overall operations are more than worth the price paid. I would really like it if the towels were larger.

I like the location (I live in Uptown). I like the personal trainer I use there, Craig Franz. I like the variety of equipment. While I like the fact that the facility is never crowded (I feel like I have a private gym), it makes me worry about the longevity of the gym.

The downtown T Boone Pickens Y is my favorite YMCA location in all of the DFW Metroplex. This is the anchor of my continuing membership.
The gym is huge and spread out vs crowed. I love being able to rent a locker.
Everything. Elite gym and if you sell it, I’ll burn it down.
Although we MUST get the parking situation figured out. That machine upstairs is junk. Roll $10 into my monthly dues and just let my key card get me in and out of the garage.
The group classes along with the instructors are great. The staff are so friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. I really enjoy the environment and the Y’s culture. I also appreciate the diversity.

The people
It's super convenient to me because is close to my work. It's big, has a lot of machines, an indoor running track, and huge locker room. Also, it has a wonderful and healthy cafeteria and vending machines where I can get water and gatorade. I'm really enjoying my subscription.
