Barnaby was an excellent instructor. I learned a lot in a short period of time. I have also decreased my fear of putting my head under water. He gave great instruction and tips to help me swim.

Great YMCA location. Staff is awesome and friendly. Shoutout to Brianna and Will from the swim lessons, both extremely helpful! Gym was clean and well kept. Maybe individual changing rooms need to be cleaned a bit more often but not a dealbreaker.

the outdoor pool is wonderful-I just started swimming there and I am impressed by how clean it is. Love the group classes and the seating areas as well. I am especially grateful for Kenneth, the guy who does the chair massages. not having to make an appointment and getting a quick massage is lovely!
In addition to great workout equipment and a wide variety of available exercise classes, the Semones Family YMCA provides such an amazing sense of community to all members!

I’ve been visiting this Y for decades. People are consistently helpful, friendly, and their trainers are well trained and supportive. I even used to bring my kids here for daycare. I can’t recommend this Y highly enough.

I really enjoyed Aqua Fiteness with Jamie. She planned a great work out for all body parts. Jamie encouraged the group to comfortably try all the movements.
