The first thing that struck me was the warmth of the people at the reception. They always greet me with a genuine smile and are incredibly helpful.
Then there are the classes and the coaches. Wow. The variety of classes is fantastic, and I've found myself trying things I never thought I would enjoy, from yoga to HIIT. The coaches are not just instructors; they're motivators and cheerleaders. They push me to challenge myself, but they also create a supportive and encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable.

Why is YMCA so secretive regarding any special offers for personal trainings?
Excellent workout facility. All the machines maintained mechanically and cleaned regularly. Friendly front desk associates. Superb yoga instruction from Aleda, Antonette and Manisha.
The facility, trainers, classes and teachers are all excellent. Definitely give it a try and enjoy the experience.

Love this facility - I started going there recently to use the pool. Even though it is winter out here right now, the water is warm at probably like 80F, so it is fun to be in the water. Staff is great too.
I've been a member of the YMCA Plano Texas for several years now, and I can confidently say it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made! The facilities are top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and immaculately clean amenities.
The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to lend a helping hand. From the front desk to the fitness instructors, everyone makes you feel welcome and supported.
The programs and services offered are diverse and cater to all ages and interests. I've taken advantage of the group fitness classes, the instructors are passionate, experienced, and genuinely care about their students' progress.

Clean facility, good environment, awesome Zumba instructor on Monday mornings. I just wish they install some kind of hair dryers in the women’s bathroom.
