Friendly staff, clean workspace, and functional equipment
Great experience for kids. A lot of hands on learning, fun playing in water and outdoor fun without screens. Howeer, I would like to get pictures of my kids at the end of the week or middle of the week to see how much fun he is having on the boat and in the lake.
Fun and safe activities outdoors all day for kids. They also have time to make friends. YMCA counselors also are always friendly and kind to the kids. My daughter has been attending Camp on the Lake the last 3 summers. I can see her continue to do so in the coming years.
The staff and instructors are excellent. Everyone is friendly and make each visit a pleasure.
Please fix the broken leg curl machine at the Plano YMCA on McDermott!!!!!!

Attend for the superb Yoga classes led by Antonette, Gentle Yoga, and Manisha and Aleda, regular Yoga. Clean restroom. Clean exercise equipment and weights for a good workout. Friendly staff. Everything is ship shape. Lots of parking.

Proximity to my house, the instructors, the variety of classes. The fact that I can find a class every single day.

Open floor plan and lighting
I love the fact that it is very close to my home, walking distance. Classes are fun and the staff is very nice.
We had an amazing experience at the YMCA Plano preeschool, where the educators are truly caring, patient and experienced. They creat a warm and nurturing environment that makes learning fun and exciting every day. What I love the most about the preschool is how the teachers take the time to understand each child‘s unique needs. My 4 year old loves going to school, every day.
Friendly staff, spacious locker room, great lighting in cardio room
I appreciated the welcoming staff, a nicely decorated women's locker room, and coffee/tea offerings.
I was surprised that towels are not offered as they are at the YMCAs in Dallas. I think this is an important service to ensure that people use a towel to sit on the equipment. I did NOT see anyone else carrying their own towel in the weight room. By contrast, the Y's I attend in Dallas, everyone is using the provided towels.
I would love to have Pilates or Barre class in the evening, after working hours.

They provide great services, I wish more DFW locations had PreSchool services.
I'm able to get on the equipment for my workout with little or no wait.
It's also very close to where I live which makes it very convenient.
Folks at the desk are very nice as well.
