I utilize the aquatics area and find all of the lifeguards to be very pleasant. I also have my grandchild in swim lessons and recently the instructional pool has been quite cold. Her last lesson we had to reschedule because she could not tolerate the temperature. Her teeth were chattering and she ended up crying. Can someone revisit what is going on with the water temperature. Once upon a time a remember reading the instructional pool was kept at 84 degrees.

New layout is great. Only (common) complaint is people (mostly kids) parking on equipment while looking at their phones. I don't know if a sign posting such will have any affect.

The staff and members are so friendly and helpful. I love the exercise classes. I get to work out and make new friends. I currently serve on the Moody Y Board and have learned so much about all the ways that the Moody Y is serving the community.

The Moody is a clean and well appointed facility. The employees are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and the instructional pool are great.

The swim instructor was very knowledgeable and gave different exercises to improve my freestyle stroke. Cost is also reasonable with a discount for members.
It’s absolutely my favorite YMCA experience in the entire Dallas metroplex. It’s a wonderfully maintained and beautiful facility with all the equipment you could ever want. Will continue to go here for many years.
Wonderful welcoming staff!
When I walk in the front door, I am greeted by Brenda or another person on her team. They are so welcoming. I love the fact that there is such a mixture of ages working out together. The YMCA offers a variety of exercise classes with excellent instructors. The recent improvements made to the building and new equipment added enhance my experience. The price is very reasonable compared to other gyms. The Y also offers educational classes on a wide range of subjects.
The childcare center is awesome. Jackie is a rock star and so is Brenda!!!

I think this is the best kept secret in the DFW Metroplex. $110 a month for our family of 6 is a steal! The equipment is always clean, the group classes are mostly excellent, there's a wide variety of ways to work out/stretching zones, etc., and rarely a wait for a specific machine. It's super easy to sign up for swim lessons/team, or drop in for pickleball. The bathrooms are clean, well lit, and well maintained. The staff at the Moody is super friendly and helpful too! Special shoutout to Jasmine, Brenda and Matthew at the front desk, and Brenda P for fantastic BodyPump classes! Carey will be deeply missed by her M/W crew. Please hire Laken to take her place!!
The YMCA is a wonderful asset to the community. There are activities for all ages and interests. The YMCA is based on family Christian values which are so needed in this era. Staff always has a smile to greet you at the door as you enter which is a nice human touch.
