I enjoy the numerous exercise options available; I belong to DCC and the classes aren't conducive to a regular routine...

What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

We visited Moody Family YMCA for the first time last Saturday. What a beautiful facility!
We generally workout and use the pool at our neighborhood White Rock YMCA but since the pool is closed, we wanted to make our grandkids got to swim when they visited.
They very much enjoyed the indoor pool while my husband and I worked out in the gym.
A very pleasant afternoon!

I wish they had Nia dance classes at the Preston road y. Also some classes at 715 or 730! Most of us work? We can’t do 8 or 9am

I like the neighborhood feel and all it does for the community
My only complaint and it is a new one is that some of the machines are now way too close together
It can be uncomfortable doing a glute machine
next to someone riding the bike looking downward

I renewed my membership after 10 years of leukemia (and not being allowed in public places.) I was welcomed back with open arms, You can't find people like Brenda Rabe, Dillon Butler, Joanna and other Y Staff just anywhere. The Moody Y has great staff and is a wonderful facility.

A true neighborhood community. The staff remembers everyone and welcomes them at the door. Brenda is like a member of the family.

The facilities are always clean and well maintained. Capacity management is nicely done. Class signup works well and there is always a second class available if the first one fills up. Machines are sufficient. I don’t have any trouble getting to equipment I need.
