Coach Ross has been masterful at unlocking our son's potential and confidence. He challenges him, pushes him and encourages / supports him in the unique way he needs.
The ratio of kids to coach is low allowing for personalized instruction. His peers push him and support him as well. It is the best kept secret!

It was so clean and check in was so easy and there was very much space inside the court area, love the parking as well unlike the others it's always crowded in the parking lots this was the 1st time ive seen space at the Moody Ymca, and we all loved it!

Good atmosphere
Hello - This is my son's second year at the YMCA Camp on the Lake. He literally mentioned all year about how he could not wait to go back to camp. He was so excited about going back this summer. The counselors are so much fun and make it a great time for the kids. He had a different funny story everyday about a counselor and how much fun he had. One day they went tubbing on the lake, one day they played hockey, one day it was colors wars. I'm glad that the YMCA still has camps like this for kids. My son will always remember his time at this camp when he's an adult.
Nice facility, nice staff, good classes though I don't use them, I have in the past. Good workout equipment.
One compliant. Bathroom maintenance is very lacking. The plumbing fixtures look like they have been worked on by someone who does not know what they are doing. The urinal in the men's bathroom off the workout area does not flush adequately and hence is usually full of unflushed urine.
The staff is great! The facility is CLEAN ! There are many options for excercise. Love the easy under ground parking.
The equipment and classes are very good. The staff at the front desk are very polite and always willing to help. Brenda is a rock star. I also appreciate the difference ages and backgrounds of the members. People of all ages and skill work out at the Y. I love to see the children from Rise when they are at the gym. I train with Sean and he is awesome. The monthly charges are more than competitive for all of the services provided.

Clean and great classes!
I love the classes, especially Yoga with Rhonda. The gym has everything I need to workout, and I do training sessions with Jerri. She's great! Membership at the Moody Family YMCA is the best value in town.
I really enjoy being greeted when I come in and I like seeing local people.
The location, amenities and classes for my young children. What is also needed are programs, sports and activities for children in the age range from 10-13 years for boys. I find there to be a lack of sporting and extracurricular summer activities for these ages.
Usually can find court time for my son to practice basketball while I take a class.

My son liked swimming in the lake, meeting new friends and counselors, playing in the sand “becoming a statue”, archery, boating and more!
Killing the flies in the men’s shower in the morning is a fun diversion.
This is a great workout facility. And I love the pool. Very clean facility, well run and well attended!
My grandsons, Memphis & Gunner loved Camp.
They especially liked field, tubing, bb’s, archery, & kyaking. These are things I could never have done with them myself. I felt they were safe and so glad they were there. The councilors & transportation were great!
Also Memphis lost his glasses. They have a blue frame and lime tips at the end of the ear peace. Gunner thinks he saw them in the lost & found but forgot to tell him. Please call me as soon as possible so I can make arrangements to get them. They return to Indiana Saturday morning, so I’ll probably have to mail them
