Member Testimonials
I appreciate the community and values of the YMCA.
People are incredible, always very friendly. My only gripe is that there is no sauna
Close to home.
It is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Angela P’s classes
Very structured, informative and the kids understood the coach’s instructions easily. They would our daughter with the techniques again and again until she understood, they were very patient. Great pal e for swimming lessons.
Instructor very good
Great classes!
Staff, convenience to where we live and amenities.
The staff are very helpful and encouraging. Well-trained instructors. Clean, lovely facilities. Fabulous pool for laps and another for aerobic classes and walking. It is a happy place with Bible verses to lighten the day and refocus on the Lord! Thank you for our marvelous neighborhood. YMCA

The staff, the equipment, and the members.
Workers are very friendly.
Lot's of machines and areas to workout (cardio, weights, calisthenics, etc.)
I love it has 2 running tracks, one outdoors (even though, the outdoor one needs to be restored already).
And, of course, the swimming pool is a great thing any gym can have.
Friendly staff, great Body Pump instructors
Warm water pool is essential for my health and I depend on it for my physical therapy.
The Y is convenient, clean and friendly. I love it!
Clean, good variety of machines, nice folks
Dan's yoga class
The pleasant experience and the quietness.
I grew up going to the Park Cities YMCA. The main reason I go today, as a middle-aged man, is for the heated indoor pool. I injured my leg in the Army. The heated pool allows me to do exercises which keep me more flexible and mobile.
We like the swim coaches and flexible scheduling
Staff are very kind and the facilities are clean
The y sports has improved drastically. Jessica is the best and far more organized and planful than prior years directors.
Clean place to exercise
I like the classes with great instructors. The front desk people are very friendly and welcome everything with a positive greeting. The Y is a fun place to make new friends while working out.
The 6:10 games are hard for kinder and 1st. Not ideal for 2nd but they can handle better.
I think maybe would prefer a few extra weeks of season to accommodate moving down the 6:10.
Also would love if soccer and football staggered by a few weeks. Everything starts at once and ends at the same time. A lot of the kids still play soccer and football.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and equipment is well maintained.
Easy to use
The staff (hey Milly!) is wonderful at this Y. They just redid the upstairs function area and it was done with excellence and the athlete in mind. I love this Y and I will always be an advocate for the y among my sphere of influence!
