It’s a great facility now that it’s been remodeled. I’d love how open it is with all the windows so you can see outside while you’re working out. The people are very nice.

Love the friendly atmosphere and the extensive exercise equipment offered. I am absolutely hooked on the E-Gym! My trainer Adrian is wonderful helping me to gain strength and recover from my surgery. He has become a friend as well as my trainer. He inspires and challenges me to get stronger with his quick smiles and encouragement.

The facility wide upgrade, including weight room and expansion of aquatics and other classes to Sundays. Swimming pool area is always clean.

I love the yoga class on Sunday at 1:30 with Tom.
The class is for all-levels and always encourages activity and movement. The class is healthy and positive.
The water aerobics classes are great.
It’s clean, welcoming & there are plenty of machines to use. I’m especially excited about the E Gym.

Everything! The staff is always friendly, and the facility is always clean. The equipment is in excellent condition, and when something breaks, it doesn’t take forever to have it repaired. Several classes are offered to fit all levels of abilities of clientele. I especially enjoy the Egym and water aerobics. There is something for everyone at the Lake Highlands YMCA!
