The instructor was very helpful in explaining the swim techniques he was teaching. As a first time swimmer, i think he did an exceptional job and I gained a lot from taking lessons at the Lake Highlands Family YMCA.

Staff is great, you have some excellent instructors including Ashley Renee, Tom and Cara. The facility is beautiful and the equipment is first class. What’s not to like.
Front desk people are kind and responsive. Sense of community in people who come. a joyful atmosphere.

Great instructors
I appreciate that they put my children in the correct level this time and were able to practice stroke form for the length of the pool. The kids loved their coach Alex as did we. We would continue we just can't afford more than one session this summer.
My son’s instructor Jordan was amazing with him. Very patient and kind. He had so much fun learning to swim!
