We are on the automatic propane fill. We have never run out of propane, and the fill process is quick and efficient whether we are at home or not. Once the winter season starts, I am on automatic delivery until the end of winter. But I can still get a delivery if it’s still cold out. I used to be able to sign on to my account and check my usage but now for some reason that is not working and I hope it is fixed soon.

The rep who took my phone call was nice and put in my request properly and my oil was delivered in a timely manner. When I went to turn on my heat it would not come on. I did mention twice that I was completely out and it was never mentioned that my line would need to be “bled” which is a term I did not know and was later told by a friend. I just wished this was mentioned at the time of my call so I didn’t have to go another two days without heat
We've had good service from Rymes since 2020. They have offered flexibility on purchase plans too.
