Prompt delivery after contact was made. Remote monitoring of tank status. The biggest complaint was the length of time it took to get thru to the customer service rep on the phone. Matters that needed to be discussed and that would not be solved with an E mail.
Rymes has always been a good company to deal with, pricing this year was the issue and I will be back in the spring of '26
