I’m a long time customer and have appreciated the service over the years
We've had no problem getting help with servicing, especially in the summer months, and deliveries are so smooth and quiet that we're often surprised to find that we didn't even know we'd had one.
We do have some difficulty ordering a delivery. Although our online account says "Scheduled" when we try to order fuel, we don't use propane in a steady enough way to make use of automatically scheduled deliveries. Emails don't seem to work, and phone lines are usually busy with long wait times. To give credit where it's due, once we ARE able to speak to someone, the delivery happens soon afterwards.
