I like the auto delivery and that we’ve never had an issue getting a delivery even though we have a steep driveway and a gate. We really appreciate everything!

I do wish there was a way to alert customers, maybe a week or a few days ahead of time, “you have a delivery coming for this day” and with the price per gallon and then a way to respond “accept” or “hold off” via text or email or in the app.

I know prices may continue to increase, but needed less than 100 gallons this last delivery so could have potentially waited a little longer if it was an option. May help people to be able to better plan how they will pay for it too, especially since prices are higher.

Service in the office and on the road

It takes way too long to have someone answer phones. When someone does nothing gets answered. I called 4 months ago about being charged for a cleaning. When the tech did NOTHING. Why was I charged. Never got an answer

We never have to worry about running out of oil or propane. Rhymes tracks our usage on oil and ensures we never run out and for propane they have an electronic monitor to ensure we do not ru out.

Love the people, always friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with delivery’s or service. I do recommend highly. I have been a customer since 98’ through all the company changes and have never had an issue. Keep up the great work!!

Very little impact to my day. Delivery was quicker than expected with a friendly driver. He was in and out quickly. Getting thru on the phone was difficult, I assume due to load on the system, but once thru the person on the phone was very professional and set up a delivery as well as straightening out a password issue with the on line system.

I am very happy with Rymes. We are on automatic delivery for both kerosene and gas. They are always on time for delivery’s. Very happy with the drivers as well as the office people.very friendly.
