I've been with Rymes Propane since 2012 and was treated nicely. But now it's called Superior Plus and I have to pay before they will deliver and I can not afford to do that. I use to have 30 days to pay.

I am very happy with my most recent interactions. I phoned for a propane delivery and got the delivery a few days later. The delivery was great.

I have had poor interactions with the old company and had considered leaving the company. I am now very hopeful that the new ownership can meet my family's needs.
