Rhymes has always been responsive to us and even when weather (snow storms and blizzards) or holidays have interfered with regular deliveries, they’ve made extra deliveries to keep us warm. And when our neighbor was hospitalized unexpectedly Rhymes worked with her to get her deliveries made and her payments made (from her hospital bed) in a thoughtful and generous manner.

Technicians are punctual for service calls, very capable, very pleasant, and very neat. The delivery drivers are equally as pleasant, and respectful of landscaping and other yard items.

I like the auto delivery and that we’ve never had an issue getting a delivery even though we have a steep driveway and a gate. We really appreciate everything!

I do wish there was a way to alert customers, maybe a week or a few days ahead of time, “you have a delivery coming for this day” and with the price per gallon and then a way to respond “accept” or “hold off” via text or email or in the app.

I know prices may continue to increase, but needed less than 100 gallons this last delivery so could have potentially waited a little longer if it was an option. May help people to be able to better plan how they will pay for it too, especially since prices are higher.

Service in the office and on the road

It takes way too long to have someone answer phones. When someone does nothing gets answered. I called 4 months ago about being charged for a cleaning. When the tech did NOTHING. Why was I charged. Never got an answer
