Price and service
As far as products go, propane is propane so no big deal there.
As far as service goes, earlier this winter I received a delivery of propane but I was overcharged for it. Once I called and brought it to the company's attention, it was corrected and the resulting leftover balance was credited to my next delivery. No fuss, no discussion, it was simply taken care of quickly.
I've called to ask other questions and the answers were quick and easy to understand; the staff member I spoke with made sure I understood the answer before moving on.
It hasn't been a year yet but so far, it's been nice doing business with Rymes.

I always recommend you folks. I have used you folks for years. It all started one cold night when the company I was with closed with out any warning. I called you folks and back then all you had was propane,. Luck I had a propane stove and Mr. Rymes came out his self and filled my tank just to make sure I had heat and I have used you ever sense.
I just moved from 19 Hilltop (on gas) yo 14 Hilltop (gas furnace, gas fireplace) and your responded well for gas delivery and could read the tank contents and determine if needed quickly ir not during a very cold snap. That was very reassuring!

My brother has a degree in golf course Mgmt , also “had” a great lawn/ snow removal business for over 35 yrs. Due to health problems he had to go on disability ! His money is limited . I am his sister Patty . I have been paying for his service for several years.
