Still not sure why this says Rhymes - thought you were now Superior (which I have to say this switch to Superior does not impress me). Last year it took me a week to find some where to pay my bill and the telephone number would not work, This year - I did go online to pay and that seemed to work fine. The bottom line is I would caution anyone that they clearly needed to be tech savvy to do business with you - you have clearly eliminated the personal touch from your business plan. My guess is that you have done a fine job of alienating older NH residents that either do not own a smart phone (yes those folks are still out there) or are not computer literate.
