My problem with a possible propane leak was handled immediately. The technician that came out was very efficient and explained everything and we lit all of the things that had to be re-lit.
I was advised the tank unit to be replaced, and they were very accommodating with dates and when it actually emptied, they came out and put enough in to last until the new tank was put in

Never have to worry about when the next delivery will come. The weather, historic usage, etc., are closely monitored to ensure that our tank is never empty. Friendly personnel contribute to provide good, consistent service. It would be nice to see a decrease in the price, but there are many factors beyond your control.
