Prompt delivery and service.

Everyone was very helpful and very friendly which I really appreciate in this day and age. They took the time to listen and explain things. When I had to call back and ask for help they did would had to be done to help me out and made sure that I was safe. I really can't ask for more than that.

Customer service is prompt when I email to schedule a delivery. Paying my monthly budget payment is easy and convenient. I choose to receive an email reminder each month. Even though Rymes Propane isn now part of a larger company, it still feels like a local company with a hometown feel.

Pricing and service is great

Wonderful response time. I ordered propane on a Sunday and before 8am the next day, it was delivered. Very happy. Do they also deliver heating oil?

Timely delivery

I've done business with Rymes for over ten years. Rymes meets or exceeds my expectations every time I call for a delivery, a tune up or cleaning of my furnace. Recently I called for a delivery of propane on a bitter cold day. The delivery came early on the next morning. I think this proves their excellent service.

Guys were super friendly and drove all the way back to Tucker Pond where my cabin is. Thanks a bunch!
