The lady that I dealt with was very nice. I asked about veterans or senior discount and she said what we had was great. But the fact that we get so much propane, we should have been offered a discount program and she got us onto one. Sad it is after I just paid $3000 for fuel And it would’ve saved me over a dollar per gallon.
I like the ability to contract the pricing at the end of last season.

I wish that there was (still) an office here in New London. It made paying my bill easier and sooner, within hours after delivery. Further, the furnace service was quicker and more personal/local. Personal interaction between client and service provider is important and takes a little bit out of the sting of the cost of a delivery.

Rymes (Superior Propane) has a customer service department that actually works with customers who have various concerns. I was contacted by Denise and she walked me through my concerns, responsibly addressing them all, and then helping me to get the lowest cost available to me. Both the explanation and the lower cost to me made me feel like someone was listening and willing to work with me.
