The representative I spoke to on the phone to order a discounted delivery of propane during a promotion in September, 2026 was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant.
Although the phone representatives are quite pleasant and professional, sometimes I need to use the online order portal. I find it to be very convenient. Also, the deliveries are quick, even in the middle of winter.

So far Rymes has honored there contact commitments and has been giving outstanding service. I'm pretty sure there pricing is competitive with the current market, although I haven't really checked.
