Didnt like how superior tried to price gouge me oil per gallon. every vendor i called was a $ 3,29 a gallon and you billed me at $4,84 a gallon. being a customer for over 30 years and being a senior citizen, this was appalling. I did speak with someone in customer service about it, I think his name was tim who was helpful and did what he could for me, Superiors price after adjustments was still $.40 per gallon higher than most vendors. I assume superiors attitude is 90% of customers will pay the price. Needless to say I have ended my relationship with superior.Hope this doesn't go to deaf ears.

I don't like the long waits on the phone to speak to someone, but when I finally do, they are polite, friendly and try to help with my deliveries and payments as best as they can. They call dispatch for me to make sure I get my oil when I need it, because sometimes I have to wait for my tank to get low, so I need delivery in one-two days from calling for more oil. This is important as I live on Social Security and have to balance delivery, payment and weather. I also find the senior discount a help in paying...

Mostly I like your price for propane but I also like the service I have always received.
Propmt service for scheduled delivieries. The only thing I dislike is the online portal to request delivery, being able to call in and speak to someone was always great as a personable factor but as a company grows I understand it is challenging these days. I wil lsay our delivery driver is always on time and makes an effort to place the tag where we can find it so we know the bill has been paid. Buddy was always so friendly when he delivered but we missed thepast two deliveries. Thanks again for amazing service
