I had a lot of problems with Rhymes and decided to switch for another company until I get t0 speak with one person Ms Kaylee at the Milford NH office on phone
Problems-
1, Cost of propane = $4.79 / gallon vs $3.49 from other
2. Dispatch sending the delivery when tank is 70% full
3. My superior app not showing the right reading and few others

Kaylee explained to me the reasons for each of the problems and gave me a reasonable fix. Now I am on automatic delivery at $3.49/ gallon. The monitor is showing the correct reading and few other good changes. If any 'boss' of the company is reading this Kaylee is a valuable employee of the organization. I would credit my continuation with Rhymes because of how reasonably she explained to me and fixed the problems I was having. None of the other 5 + people I spoke at customer service had a clue. They just blamed me that I have used all the propane (55 gallons in one week) when the monitor was not reading correctly

The delivery drivers are the best. They are all so friendly and helpful. They always remember to add my tank additive, so I don't have to worry about it. They maneuver through the gates with ease remembering to close everything up when they finish. My tank is never overfilled. My house is set back from the road, yet they never complain about having to drag the hose so far. I appreciate them the most.

The friendly, personal, and professional service I received from the technician, Anthony Farina, who went out of his way to perform the service check on an in-law apartment I am renting a few days earlier than scheduled when he was actually at the property for a different reason. Also I have spoken to Roxanne, I believe that was her name, who straightened out an error on my on-line account.
