Sorry for the late response my computer was down and then I forgot.. The first gentleman that came was in and out in half hour and was literally running around. I was pleased to hear it wasn't a big job even though the bill was a bit hefty. I guess having something done on a Friday counts as an emergence. Any way the girl who took took my phone call was very efferent and pleasant
The second gentleman was here a little longer and did discover that the part the first man put in was not working and the stayed until he was sure all things were working.

The ONLY reason I stay with Rymes if because of TAMMY PETROSKI who used to be in your Goffstown NH office. If not for her and her follow up and help I would have left you folks long ago! Issues with the folks doing the Annual Maintenance and billing etc and Tammy ALWAYS fixes it and is always prompt in follow up!! Oil is oil and there are companies with cheaper prices--but Tammy's service keeps me with Rymes. If she leaves I'm gone! Been a client of yours for 16 years!~
